I do all the paintings, the website administration, packaging, shipping, social media outreach, everything that keeps this Ninja rolling.

All orders usually get shipped within 7-8 working days. If you have placed a custom order, Ninja takes a litter longer than usual, as these are made to order and you can expect the delivery between 14-15 days.

Please do not worry. Drop a note to Ninja at doodleninjainc@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order and you could just ship the product back to Ninja to the address which will be given in the mail. Ninja will check and have the product replaced. And she could provide you with coupon code, so you could shop with us again & again & again, we just do not want to let you go.

The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded.

No return / refund / exchange is possible for customized products unless it is damaged.

Unfortunately, the Ninja cannot cancel orders once placed. You see, every order is hand-made, hand-drawn, hand-painted - just handled a lot. With love. As I usually start working on your order as soon as it comes in, cancelling it would mean leaving the product unfinished.

As you can imagine, this is especially true of custom orders.

There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products - what you see is what you pay.

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

• Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
